Public Works Authority hereinafter called the Authority aims to appoint one (1) appropriately competent and experienced professional Service Provider/ Consultant to provide site supervision services including, but not limited to, contract management and administration, and supervision of the construction works of selected construction contractor for Monitor and Maintenance of West Bay North Beaches 1, 2 and 3 Project which is located at WEST BAY – DOHA for eighteen (18) calendar months. The Scope of Services shall also include but are not necessarily limited to: a. General Supervision; b. Construction Supervision; c. Project Administration; d. Post Contract Quantity Surveying; e. Review the design drawings and Issued for Construction (IFC), shop drawings prepared by the Contractor; f. Project Close Out and Maintenance Period duties; g. Statutory Approval i.e., Building Permits, Environmental Permits, etc.; h. Quality Control / Quality Assurance; i. Health, Safety, Security and Environment; j. All reports, Contract Documents, drawings, graphical representations, and other outputs resulting from activities described above.
