General Overview: Public Works Authority intends to appoint qualified Contractor to repair/replace and maintain the equipment’s at the Industrial Area STW. Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out all Works, approvals, mobilization, demobilization and handover in accordance with QCS 2024. 1) To carry out the necessary study, assessment, surveys, repair and/or replacement including developing a detailed design for the improvement works. 2) The objective of this work is to carry out improvement works at Industrial Area STW. Works shall include supply, replacement, refurbishment, modifications, testing and commissioning of installed equipment. Project Timeline/Duration: Time for Completion for the whole of the Works is One Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Days (1,450) from Commencement Date The Maintenance Period shall be Four Hundred (400) calendar Days
