Description

The Scope of Services includes management of Public Works Authority Events and including supply, rental, installation, delivery and services for exhibitions upon request received on Service Orders by the Authority: a) Complying to the period of installation and dismantling according to the exhibition schedule issued by the organizer. b) For information and confirmation, the exhibition period ranges maximumly between two to three or four days (exceptionally) excluding installing and dismantling days. c) The pavilion is delivered the day before the exhibition before 6 PM. d) The pavilion is to be inspected daily, hours before or after the exhibition for maintenance. e) Providing emergency insurance in the event of any inconvenience or breakdown. General requirements: a) Supply is on demand i.e. Call-of Basis and according to the need of the number of units. b) A sample is to be submitted to the authority, and approvals must be obtained before the final implementation when requesting any of the above items. c) Complying to the deadlines set by the authority as specified in the issued Supply Order before the implementation of any of the items above.
