The General Services Department of the Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL) wishes to appoint a Contractor to Supply, Install and Maintain Air Fresheners to ASHGHAL’s Buildings and Office premises for their Al Faisal Tower -1 and Al Faisal Tower - 2 at West Bay Al Corniche area of Doha, O & M Drainage Department at Central Market, and Al Najma building.
The Time for Completion/ Contract duration of the Works is Twenty Four (24) calendar months.
Supplying the Air Freshener Devices with its operating requirements.
The contractor will supply all the required materials for proper and efficient performance of the Air Freshener Devices including (but not limited to) fragrances and batteries.
The contractor will install and operates instant air fresheners to the Ashghal`s buildings and office premises as mentioned in the above clause 1.
The time for completion of Supplying and installation of Air fresheners to Ashghal building and the office premises should not exceed Ten (10) working days.
For Al-Nakhil Tower, the time for completion of supplying and installation of Air fresheners shall not exceed Five (5) working days from the Engineer’s written order to commence.
