It is required to deploy the services of consultant’s team to carry out post-contract consultancy, site supervision and post-contract quantity surveying professional services for the construction, completion and Maintenance of Masjids and Imam House at Various Locations- Package C1.
The Consultant shall be appointed under the terms and conditions of the Professional Services Agreement, Conditions of Engagement – 2010 Edition Rev (A), to provide Post-Contract Professional Consultancy Services to Building Affairs of the Public Works Authority hereinafter to be referred to by the abbreviation PWA.
The Professional Service Agreement General Conditions of Engagement 2010 – Edition Rev (A) shall hereinafter be referred to by the abbreviation PSA.
Description of Construction Contract Works.
The Works Comprises the Construction, Completion, Test & Commission and Maintenance of Masjids & Imam House at Various Locations - Package C1 listed hereunder:
