The project consists of the construction of mosques, imam houses etc., comprising of three Mosque complexes on three different sites as follows: COMPLEX (A) Standard Mosque Type (DM 9) & Imam House type (5) at Wakra a) Single storey DM9 Mosque approximately 344 m² comprising • Main Prayer Hall • Ablutions and toilets • Ladies Prayer Hall • Open Courtyard • Muaazen Room with pantry • Minaret and Water tank area b) Standard Imam House Type (5) approximately 167 m² comprising: • Majlis, 3 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath, Courtyards. c) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. d) External Works approximately 875 m² comprising: • Hard and Soft Landscaping • 11 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way • Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (B) Standard Mosque Type (DM 11) & Imam House type (5) at Wakra a) Single storey DM11 Mosque approximately 420 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 230 Worshippers and Mehrab, Menbar. • Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men • Ladies Prayer Hall 50 Worshippers • Ablutions facilities and toilets for women • DAWA Room with pantry • Minaret and Water tank area • Open court yard b) Imam House approximately 167 m² comprising Majlis. c) 3 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath, toilets and Court Yards. d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services e) External Work approximately 1506 m² comprising: • Hard and Soft Landscaping • 37 Nos. of car parking and Driveway • Boundary Wall for Imam House • Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (C) Construction of Friday Mosque at Industrial Area a) Substation to be build by the Contractor as shown on the drawing and the contractor to co-ordinate with Kahraama before starting the construction. b) Construction of Friday Mosque. 1.
