The scope of construction contract works cover the construction, completion and maintenance of mosques, imam house etc. for Ministry of Awqaf & Islamic Affairs. The project comprises of 4 Mosque complexes on four different locations as described below. The construction method is generally of reinforced concrete structure and block work with all associated finishes, services and external works including boundary wall, gates, paving works and bitumen work including car parking and all associated soft and hard landscaping etc. The total Mosques, Imam House etc. plot area is approximately 4800 m2 and the total built up area is approximately 1055 m2 of building, comprising as follows: COMPLEX (A) Standard Daily Mosque Type 125A At Rawdet Umm Shamiem. a) Single Storey type 125A Mosque approximately 165 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 70 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men • Minaret and water tank area. • Courtyard. b) Imam House comprising: 2 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath, Courtyards. c) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. d) External Works approximately 1335 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 25 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (B) Demolish and Rebuild Mosque No.370 Mosque Type 123A At Umm Uwaynah. a) Single Storey Type 123A Mosque approximately 150 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 50 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Minaret and water tank area. b) Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men c) Imam House comprising: 2 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath, Courtyards. d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. e) External Works approximately 1350 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 14 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (C) Demolish and Rebuild Mosque No.375 Mosque Type 111A At Jeryan Al Butna. a) Single Storey Mosque Type 111A approximately 300 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 65 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ablutions facilities and toilets. • Imam House comprising: living room, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard. • Minaret • Open courtyard water tank and Electric room. b) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services c) External Work comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 11 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (D) Demolish and Rebuild Mosque No.361 Mosque Type 94A At Rawdet Rashed. a) Single Storey Mosque Type 94A approximately 440 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 200 Worshippers and Mehrab. • Ablutions facilities and toilets. • Ladies Prayer Hall for 50 Worshippers. • Ablutions facilities and toilets for women. • DAWA Room with kitchen. • Minaret. • Imam House comprising: Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom • Open courtyard water tank and Electric room. b) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services c)External Work approximately 460 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 7 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services. The Construction duration is 450 days.
