The scope of construction contract works cover the construction, completion and maintenance of mosques, imam house etc. for Ministry of Awqaf & Islamic Affairs. The project comprises of 3 Mosques complexes on 3 different locations as described below. The construction method is generally of reinforced concrete structure and block work with all associated finishes, services and external works including boundary wall, gates, paving works and bitumen work including car parking and all associated soft and hard landscaping etc. The total Mosques, Imam house etc. plot area is approximately 15585 m2 and the total built up area is approximately 6581 m2 of building, comprising as follows: COMPLEX (A) STANDARD MOSQUE TYPE(M 126A) AND EID PRAYING AND IMAM HOUSE NO(4) & MOATHEN HOUSE NO ( 5A) AT SALYA a) Single Storey type M126A Mosque approximately 1260 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 1800 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar • Ladis. Prayer Hall • Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men • Minaret and water tank area. • Courtyard. b) Imam House comprising: 3 No. Bedrooms, Majles , Kitchen, 3 no. Bath, Courtyards. f) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. g) External Works approximately 5370 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 25 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services e) Moathen House comprising: 3 No. Bedrooms, Majles , Kitchen,3 no . Bath, Courtyards f) Eid praying yards for mens 2700 Worshippers & Ladies. Prayer yards for 440 Worshippers COMPLEX (B) STANDARD MOSQUE TYPE(DM5) AND ISLAMIC CENTRE TYPE(B) & IMAM HOUSE NO(4) AT SALYA a) Single Storey Type DM5 Mosque: approximately 600 m² comprising • Main Prayer Hall and Mehrab, menbar. • Minaret and water tank area. b) Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men c) Imam House comprising : 3 No. Bedrooms, Majles, Kitchen, Baths, Courtyards. d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. h) External Works approximately 3484 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services QURAAN CENTRE TYPE (B) COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING : Ground Floor COMPLEX (C) STANDARD MOSQUE TYPE (DM11) AND & IMAM HOUSE NO (D) & MOATHEN HOUSE NO (D) AT ABU NAKHLA a) Single Storey Mosque Type (DM11) approximately 420 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 65 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ablutions facilities and toilets. • Imam House comprising: living room, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen,2 Bathrooms and Courtyard. • Minaret • Open courtyard water tank and Electric room. d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services e) External Work comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 11 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services The Construction duration is 540 days.
