The General Services Department of the of the Public Works Authority  wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out the maintenance of air conditioning (A/C)  system services  for  their Buildings which located as follows :
1. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Department – Salwa.
2. Doha South STW – Abu Hamour.
3. Industrial Area Yard.
4. Doha West STW – Al Selia
5. Industrial Area Treatment Plant ( STW ) .
6. Sewage Pumping Stations – Doha & Wakrah ( as per attached List ).
7. Staff Accommodation Salwa.
8. Najma Complex (Buildings that are used by Ashghal)
9. Asset Affairs Building.
10. Asset Salwa Road
11. Any Other Location Under PWA
The Contract period and duration of the Services is Four (4) years with an option to extend for further one year.
The Contractor’s workmen shall normally work from 7.00AM to 3:00 PM (Eight hours) daily from Saturday to Thursday for 6 days a week However, the contractor workmen shall attend the emergency services call for 24 hours a day this including holidays throughout the contract period if required to replace or shutdown with no extra commitment or cost. The contractor’s workmen shall work under the direct supervision of the PWA or its nominated representative.
