The scope of construction contract works cover the construction, completion and maintenance of proposed Truck Parking for Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning.
The construction method is generally of reinforced concrete structure and block work with all associated finishes, services and external works including all associated soft and hard landscaping etc.
The total project plot area is approximately 150000.00 m2
The project consists of:
a) Proposed Cafeteria Building with approx. built-up area 485.00 m² :
• Restaurant Hall
• Cafeteria Hall
• Kitchen
• Store
• Lavatory
• Toilet
b) Proposed Oil Change Block with approx. built-up area 108.00 m² :
• Oil Change
c) Proposed Punctury Block with approx. built-up area 108.00 m² :
• Punctury
d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services.
e) External Works:
• Hard & Landscaping
• Shade
• Infrastructure Services
The Contractor shall complete and deliver the whole of the Works within Three Hundred (360) days plus Four Hundred (400) days Maintenance Period.
