The Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Department of Assets affairs , Public Works authority (Ashghal) wishes to appoint a Contractor to supply of Surge Vessels for pumping stations PS K5, PS AD2A, PS 27/6 and PS 25/10.
A) Scope of Work
Supply of new surge vessels complete with pressure vessel, air/float valves (as applicable to match the existing units) and connection kits to the air/float valves at each of the pumping stations PS K5, PS AD2A, PS 27/6 and PS 25/10. Further, each pressure vessel shall be supplied with additional air/float valve (as applicable) as a spare set.
The supply of new pressure vessels shall match to the existing surge vessels including foundation and other pipe fittings, at each of the above locations respectively. These new surge vessels shall be of the same manufacturer as of existing surge vessels at these locations. The O&M Manuals and the factory test certificates along with the detailed drawings and catalogues of the new surge vessels shall be provided along with the surge vessels. The new surge vessels shall be delivered to the pumping station locations PS K5, PS AD2A, PS27/6 and PS 25/10 .
