The Services are for three projects for the Ministry of Environment (MOE) as identified below:-
PROJECT 1 – ANIMAL RESCUE SHELTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE
The plot location is as indicated on the map and site plan and other available information relevant to the site is provided in Section E : Reference Documentation : Part 1: Reference Data : Appendix B.
The site has PIN number 71002177 and is circa 32,000m2 in area. The site area is to be verified by the Consultant on appointment.
The scope of Services is generally described as follows:
e. pre-design / design services / construction tender and award;
f. commercial management services;
g. project administration services; and
h. Design Clarification services.
The Consultant shall complete the Services for Project 1 within eight hundred and ten (810) days.
PROJECT 2 – HORSE QUARANTINE FACILITY
The plot location is as indicated on the map and site plan and other available information relevant to the site is provided in Section E: Reference Documentation : Part 1: Reference Data : Appendix B.
The proposed site has PIN number 55616429 and is circa 100,000m2 in area. The site area is to be verified by the Consultant on appointment.
The scope of Services is generally described as follows:
a. pre-design / design services / construction tender and award;
b. commercial management services;
c. project administration services; and
d. Design Clarification services.
The Consultant shall complete the Services for Project 2 within eight hundred and ten (810) days.
PROJECT 3 – BIOTECHNOLOGY CENTRE
The plot location is as indicated on the map and site plan and other available information relevant to the site is provided in Section E: Reference Documentation: Part 1: Reference Data : Appendix B.
The proposed site has PIN number 56109712 and is circa 9,000m2 in area. The built area will be approximately 5,000m2.The site area and built area are to be verified by the Consultant on appointment.
The scope of Services is generally described as follows:
a. pre-design / design services / construction tender and award;
b. commercial management services;
c. project administration services; and
d. Design Clarification services.
The Consultant shall complete the Services for Project 3 within five hundred and forty seven (547) Days.
