The 3,500sqm (47m x 75m) PWA New Car Park land parcel is strategically located within the centre of West Bay Downtown, near to the Public Works Authority (PWA) West Bay head office.
The intention is to develop a purpose built car parking building serving the Public Works Authority (PWA) head office in West Bay.
It is intended that the design be a full precast solution in order to address the various site constraints and also to allow a fast-track construction programme.
