The supply of materials shall be as detailed in the Schedule of Quantities and Prices, Section G of this document.
The Spare Parts shall be delivered along with catalogues to and offloaded at the Ware House of Public Works Authority, located at Salwa.
All materials and items are to be delivered to the delivery location within One Hundred and Twenty (120) Calendar Days from the date of receiving the authorization from the Public Works Authority.
The spares shall be as per Scope of Works/Employer’s Requirement and as detailed in Section G, Schedule of Quantities and Prices.
Any Tenders which do not comply with the above and include the accessories not from the above manufacturer will not be considered.
The spares shall be covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty cover.
