الوصف

Part 1 The General Services Department (GSD) of the of the Public Works Authority hereinafter called the Authority wishes to appoint a Service Provider to carry out the Operation and Maintenance Services of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and Electro-Mechanical System Services for their Buildings which located as follows: 1. Asset Affairs Complex - Operation & Maintenance (O&M) – Ain Khalid 2. Quality & Safety Department Building – Ain Khalid 3. PWA Car Parking – Dafna. 4. Najma Complex (Buildings that are used by the Authority). 5. Research Centre Building – Ain Khalid 6. Multi-Purpose Administration Building – Ain Khalid 7. Administration Building for Wearhouse Section - Industrial Area 8. Drivers & operators Building – Industrial Area. 9. Any Other Location Under the Authority. The Services shall include all the necessary with the provision of suitably qualified staff together with equipment and other resources to carry out the Operation and Maintenance works for the FIRE ALARM & FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS (such as fire alarm, FM-200, foam systems, pre-action system, sprinkler systems, Ansul system, firefighting pumps, hose reel, fire hydrant, fire extinguishers etc.) AND ELECTRO-MECHANICAL systems at the Authority buildings and office premises as listed. The Service Provider shall supply all tools and instruments necessary for maintenance and operation of equipment’s & assets in accordance with the Scope of Services at the said locations. Part 2 The Service provider shall supply and install to the Authority as and when required Fire System and Electro-Mechanical including spare parts on a “CALL-OFF” basis in accordance with the Scope of Services and agreement. 2. CONTRACT DURATION The Contract Duration shall be Four (4) years (Forty-Eight (48) months) from the Commencement Date. (CD).
