Grade 1. Tenderer must possess classification in Roads specialization Grade 1. If the Tenderer does not have classification in Water and/or Sanitation Grade 1 or 2, the Tenderer should propose the following Sub-contractors: i) Water Classification Grade 1 or 2 AND ii) Sanitation Classification Grade 1 or 2, AND iii) Agricultural & Landscape Works Grade 1 or 2
