The project is an extension of the West Bay North beaches with a specific emphasis on the preservation of beach assets. The overarching goal is to sustain the highest possible quality of the beaches and to enhance the overall experience for visitors by implementing the monitoring and maintenance program provided under the Contract. The monitoring program is designed to assess various aspects of the beach environment. This includes but is not limited to, regularly inspecting the condition of the shoreline, evaluating the cleanliness of the sand, monitoring water quality, and examining the overall safety of the beach area. The objective is to identify any potential issues or deterioration promptly. The maintenance program is designed to address the appropriate actions in response to the monitoring program findings and output. This includes but not limited to, routine cleaning, repair of beach assets, removal of any accumulated material, procurement and installation of beach sand. The project aims to prevent any decline in the quality of the beaches, thereby ensuring a positive and memorable experience for those who visit.
